Solid experience, minor shipping issue
I ordered the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer and the Bb.Bond-Building Repair Conditioner. Both products are excellent, as expected, and really do make a difference for my hair. The site was easy enough to navigate, and checkout was smooth. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, about 6 days to get to Vancouver, and the tracking wasn't super detailed at one point. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, though. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the product quality definitely makes up for the slight wait, but a bit faster shipping would be even better.
